The results from teeth whitening with HowLite Whitening, Inc. products can vary from person to person. This is due to biological and lifestyle differences. HowLite Whitening, Inc. cannot guarantee specific results. It is essential for customers to follow the how-to-use instructions included in the product box and only use HowLite Whitening Teeth Whitening gel with HowLite Whitening Teeth Whitening trays. Not doing so could result in damaging your teeth and/or gums, among other things. In rare cases, due to potential non-uniformity of gel touching the surface of the tooth, or non-uniformity in the colour of the tooth prior to whitening, bleaching may result in non-uniform shades of white.

Due to lifestyle habits and other causes, teeth whitening effects diminish over times. By purchasing any product from HowLite Whitening, Inc. you accept all risks associated with teeth whitening using hydrogen peroxide (DayLite program) or carbamide peroxide (NiteLite program). You also accept that HowLite Whitening, Inc., its agents, employees, and directors hold no responsibility of any issues arising or connected with teeth whitening using hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide.

HowLite Whitening, Inc. recommends that you consult your dentist before purchasing any of our products to make sure your teeth are healthy enough and do not have any complications that may be affected by teeth whitening, such as but not limited to, exposed roots, bleeding gums or oral decay.

Our formula was developed with minimum sensitivity in mind. Despite our best efforts, tooth sensitivity may be a part of the teeth whitening process and varies significantly between individuals. If you experience unusual levels of sensitivity, we advise you stop using your Tooth Whitening product for 1-2 days and switch to our re-mineralising agent. To minimise sensitivity in your teeth, use sensitive toothpastes, avoid hot and cold beverages for 30 minutes after application, and use our re-mineralising agent gels in conjunction with our teeth whitening gels (either before or after teeth whitening application). If sensitivity persists and causes significant discomfort, stop using your teeth whitening product immediately and consult with your dentist.

You have had an oral check-up with your dentist in the past 6 months and have consulted them about using HowLite Whitening, Inc. Teeth Whitening products.
You are choosing to purchase or use HowLite Whitening, Inc. Products at your own risk an in accordance with your local laws.
You will use HowLite Whitening, Inc. Teeth Whitening products only with HowLite Whitening, Inc. Custom Teeth Whitening Trays.
You will use HowLite Whitening, Inc. Teeth Whitening Products for the sole purpose of whitening your teeth.
You will not tamper with or alter HowLite Whitening, Inc. products in any way.
You will not use the product if you are pregnant or nursing.
You will take the impressions of your own teeth.
You do not have any oral health issues, such as but not limited to, exposed roots, bleeding hums or oral decay.
HowLite Whitening, Inc. products will not whiten artificial teeth.
HowLite Whitening, Inc. products are not a substitute for any dental care treatments.
HowLite Whitening, Inc. staff, agents and directors are not dentists.
You are not allergic to Hydrogen Peroxide, Carbamide Peroxide, Glycerin, ammonium, silicone, or any of the ingredients listed for any of HowLite Whitening products.
By purchasing any of the products from HowLite Whitening, Inc. all guarantees, warrantees, returns, and credits are dealt with at the corporation’s discretion. You also agree that the total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product minus the labour fees incurred.
You have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement in full before making a purchase of HowLite Whitening, Inc. teeth whitening or any other HowLite Whitening, Inc. products.

CAUTION

All HowLite Whitening, Inc. products are not to be used on a person under the 18 years of age.
Do NOT use if pregnant or nursing.
Keep out of reach of children.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
If swallowed, seek medical assistance immediately and show the accompanying leaflet.
Do not swallow impression putty.
Whitening gel will NOT whiten fillings, crowns, veneers, or any artificial teeth.
Impressions cannot be taken if you are currently undertaking any orthodontic treatment, such as but not limited to, braces or Invisalign.
Have regular check-ups with your dentist during teeth whitening treatment.
Use gel within two weeks of breaking the seal.
Keep out of reach of young children.
If the teeth whitening gel meets the skin, it can cause temporary skin irritation and/or whitening. Wash hands with soap and water after applying the gel.
Avoid contact of peroxide gel with cloth, leather, or fabric.
